Once
you have confirmed that you wish to proceed with our recommendation, our
4-step Design Process will commence. Keeping you informed as to progress
is important, as is adhering closely to the agreed timelines.
Therefore,
two scheduled review sessions - which will encompass an initial draft
review, followed by a final “sign-off” session - will be arranged. The
4-step design process includes the following:
 
The importance of incorporating the right information in a format that
will reach the targeted market cannot be overstated.
If the
information, either in written or graphic form, is what the target
customers are looking for, then a successful strategy/campaign should be
the result.
 
Careful attention to details, such as the format and flow of the
information, is undertaken to ensure that the overall design attracts the
attention of as many potential customers as possible within the targeted
market.
 
If the finished product is not easy to use, or the information that the
potential user wants is not easily found, then this will affect the
success of the entire strategy/campaign.
 
Once the strategy/campaign is complete, it then “goes live” and is
integrated into your company’s existing (or planned) business/marketing
strategies.
Reviewing
and refining the final product is essential to ensure that the audience
reach is maintained. This is achieved through the use of various
measurement tools so that the long-term success of the campaign is
assured.
On-going
support and pro-active advice for your company’s evolving needs are also
evaluated on a continuing basis.
